Moonlight Cooking Workshop

A meat and beer grilling workshop in the field is an experience that connects nature, friends, and of course – good food. It is an action-packed day, where everyone takes an active part in preparing meat over the fire, while maintaining proper grilling techniques, and with lots of joy and tasting special beers.

During the workshop you will learn:

  • How to prepare meat perfectly – seasoning, cutting correctly, and being able to identify the degree of doneness (Rare, Medium, Well Done).

  • Principles of grilling on a charcoal grill or on various barbecues (including tips to avoid common mistakes such as drying out the meat).

  • Excellent types of meat for the field: entrecote, kebab, ribs, chicken breast with Asian sauce, and more.

  • Beer pairing – what goes with different types of meat (for example, fillet with pale ale or stout with kebab).

Of course, throughout the entire process, participants enjoy a variety of beers (mostly specialty craft beers), each of which is matched to a type of meat or seasoning – creating a perfect combination of flavors.

The special part of the workshop is of course the work in the field – a free atmosphere, magical nature, good conversations, and working in teams. Everyone contributes, builds the grill, roasts, turns the meat, and gets a delicious and impressive result in the end.
